This roadmap reflects a technically conservative, security-first approach. Timelines are directional and may adjust based on audits, legal review, and pilot outcomes.

Phase 1

Architecture & Testnet Foundation

OP Stack rollup design, RaaS-managed testnet, EVM compatibility validation, EnteleWALLET and EnteleSCAN integration planning. Current phase.

Phase 2

Native Module Deployment

ChronoSeal, TVK ID, SOVRA receipts, and EnergieMIND anchoring on testnet. Smart contract audits and security reviews.

Phase 3

Pilot Integrations

Partner pilot programs, API/SDK release, identity and proof workflow validation, compliance framework development.

Phase 4

Controlled Mainnet Launch

Permissioned sequencer mainnet launch, canonical bridge strategy, ENK ecosystem utility on native chain. Subject to audits and legal gates.

Phase 5

Governance & Decentralization

Progressive sequencer decentralization, governance framework maturation, Financial Mesh research and institutional pilot design.

Phase 6

Ecosystem Independence

Reduced external dependencies, expanded interoperability, mature developer ecosystem, and long-term sovereign infrastructure maturity.
