ENTELΞKRON is being engineered from durable primitives rather than predictions about a single technology. OS is the sovereign control and intelligence plane: identity, policy, authorization, governance and orchestration. DIOS is the infrastructure execution plane: resource abstraction, controlled actuation, telemetry, resilience and evidence. OS decides and authorizes; DIOS executes and reports.

ENTELΞKRON is intended to federate infrastructure without requiring a single cloud, AI provider, ledger or jurisdiction.
